Frequently asked questions

Yes, the classes are taught by yoga instructors and physical therapists knowledgeable about the human body and how to modify/explain poses so that they are accessible to everyone. However, if you have a history of injury and prefer a few one-on-one sessions to get comfortable first before jumping into classes and workshops, this is a great option that we offer.

Our emphasis at Attune is on workshops, with the intention of offering a wide range of styles, skills, philosophies, and perspectives. Our teachers have experience and training in yoga disciplines that range from hatha/ vinyasa (both can be considered "flow") to ashtanga and iyengar. We also offer:

  • education on meditation, chakras, traditional yoga philosophy

  • practice with breathwork, meditation, and home routines

  • experiences with yoga nidras, sound bowls, acupuncture, and other healing modalities combined with yoga

We are always open to new suggestions and bringing in new teachers!
